Roobet Terms of Use

This page sets out the rules that govern use of Roobet. It explains our relationship with users, the key obligations on both sides and the practical steps we take to manage accounts, promotions, payments and disputes. We expect all customers to read these terms before registering and to follow our policies while using the platform.

Account responsibilities

Users must keep their account details accurate and up to date. We require each person to hold only one account unless we agree otherwise. Account login details are personal and must not be shared. We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect fraud, money laundering, account sharing, multi-accounting or other breaches of these terms. When an account is suspended we will notify the user where practicable and explain steps needed to restore access.

Eligibility requirements

To register you must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable in your country of residence. We may refuse registration or access where local law prohibits participation. By creating an account you confirm you are eligible and that the information you provide is true. We reserve the right to request identity and address verification at any time and to withhold withdrawals until required checks are completed.

Acceptable platform use

Users must use the platform lawfully and in line with these terms. Prohibited behaviour includes using automated systems to play, collusion, abuse of promotional mechanics, and attempting to bypass geographic restrictions. Users must not attempt to interfere with platform security or manipulate games. Repeated misuse may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds where abuse is proven.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are subject to their specific terms and to these general rules. Only one promotion may be used per account where this is stated in an offer. We may require wagering or other conditions to be met before bonus‑related funds become withdrawable. We may withhold, reclaim or void bonuses and winnings if we reasonably believe the promotion has been abused.

Deposits and withdrawals

Details of accepted payment methods and any applicable minimums are shown in the payments area of the site. All deposits must be made from an account in the user’s name. Withdrawals are subject to verification and any applicable limits. We may delay, split or decline withdrawal requests where additional checks are required or where activity raises compliance concerns. Network and processing fees applied by third parties are the user’s responsibility.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint you should contact our support team and provide relevant information. We will investigate and aim to resolve issues promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly we may refer the matter to an independent advisor or take other appropriate steps. Using the platform does not affect your statutory rights.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email where possible. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a change you should stop using the service and close your account.
